According to records obtained by The Empire Journal , it appears that not only is there indication of a scripted plan for premeditated murder but insurance fraud in the Terri Schiavo case.
In March, 2000, Michael Schiavo and his attorney, George Felos, secretively relocated Terri Schindler-Schiavo from the Palm Gardens Nursing Home to the hospice without court order and without notifying her parents.
George Felos also conveniently forgot to give notice to the court and her parents, Mary and Robert Schindler Sr. that he was chairman of the board of directors at the Hospice at the time and had been since at least Jan. 31, 1997 and perhaps earlier.
George Felos also forgot to tell the court that at the time that Terri Schiavo was unlawfully entered into the Hospice of Florida Suncoast Inc. that the federal government was actively trying to recover nearly $15 million paid to the corporation in a fraudulent Medicare payments because patients certified as terminally ill were not in fact terminally ill and ineligible to be admitted to the Hospice under Medicare....
George Felos might be a lawyer...but he certainly is not living up to the Lawyer's Creed with his past actions nor his actions lately...
Felos dared counsel Terri Schiavo's family to spend time on "reflection"...WTF??
This man is a disgrace not only to the legal community but to humanity as well...
He calls himself a "right-to-die" advocate...his is a very sick mind...
He declared earlier "This case is over...Mrs. Schiavo's legal rights have been ruled on again and again and again. The courts have consistently found that she did not want to remain alive artificially. Her wishes should be carried out. And in that spirit, I hope that the parents do not keep pursing fruitless legal options to the end."
Just who does George Felos think he is??
He didn't know Terri Schiavo when she was able to speak for herself...how in the hell does he get off making these kinds of statements...and how in the hell does he think he is going to get away with it?
Oh, he might be crowing now because he thinks he "won"...but let me tell you...this man has a lot of 'splaining to do...
George Felos had better hope that he is able to leave this earth on his own terms...he certainly has made it his business to 'help' accelerate other's deaths...
...and, when it is HIS time to "go"...you and I won't want to be anywhere near him...because there is something that people call 'karma'...and eventually...he will get his...
