Apparently the drugs have finally taken hold in Sean Penn's brain...according to Drudge this is a copy of a memo that Penn sent to the creators of the new movie.
Sorry I can't offer a translation of it...but Penn does come off as a snob...and he does drop the f*** bomb...so I guess he really isn't that far out of touch with reality after all
