A 'Non Story' ?

Right now a lot of liberal bloggers are backtracking, wondering how the focus shifted so quickly that THEY are now in the crosshairs...

...specifically, Markos Moulitsas Zuniga whose blog, the DailyKos, has clearly had a left bent and who CLEARLY supported Howard Dean in his presidential run...

...the problem? RightWingNews reports: there's a little blowback over the whole Armstrong Williams debacle for Kos who got sanctimonious over the whole thing and in effect said that until it was revealed who else -- if anybody -- the White House paid off, that...

"...we can assume every conservative pundit is on the White House's payola rolls."

why, it turns out that Markos was on the Dean payroll!

of course, Kos is trying to go with the 'non story' stance, but I don't buy it...

....I have been trying to imagine the howl...the outcry...the angry crowd gathering with pitchforks and a noose if it had turned out that a conservative blogger was on the take...

...can you just hear it? my god, the internet would have crashed from all the eager bloggers posting their vitriolic comments...

...but no, this was a liberal...a very liberal blogger...and now - if you look at Kos' page and the ensuing comments - they are going for the throat of the blogger that broke this story...

Kos himself is stirring the pot...his comments about Hugh Hewitt and Bill O'Reilly:

But dumb-fuck O'Reilly and dumb-fuck Hewitt didn't know about it, so "nobody" knew about it.

say what you will, Kos, the fact remains...you got caught with your hand in the cookie jar...

...and those comments you wrote about "assuming every conservative pundit being on the White House payola"?

...HA! how do you think that is playing from this vantage point?

Your credibility is zip...nada...you are toast, baby...
