George Greer ordered the killing of Terry Schiavo to begin on March 18. Terry Schiavo will suffer a very painful starvation death. George Greer decides death. He denied six motions without access to hearing. Greer gets to kill Terry because he is a judge. And this judge’s bloody hands will make every official and citizen in Florida a Pontius Pilate.
Judge George Greer will kill Terry Schiavo as his exercise of ''choice.'' The law didn’t demand her death for a crime. A jury of her peers didn’t condemn her to capital punishment for committing a heinous wrong. A circuit judge finds her family’s pitiful appeal for her life tiresome. He orders her to die. Her life is inconvenient, perhaps incriminating for her husband, now that he has another woman and two kids. He won’t divorce her and give her parents custody as they beg for her life. They offered him all the insurance money, but Michael wants her dead. It’s his choice, adult abortion, and a pro-choice judge will oblige.
It doesn’t matter that Terry responds to people. It means nothing that no one else agrees that she wouldn’t want to live on life support. It’s less than nothing that she is Roman Catholic and Catholics from the Pope down plead for her life. It’s inconsequential that a woman suffering a greater disability recently woke up after 20 years. It’s worthless that studies indicate that persons in comas hear, feel, and know more than ever suspected.
Judge George Greer plays black-robed priest-king-god deciding life and death for a human being. Where is that power of choice in the U.S. Constitution or the Florida Code? Does Florida law say Pinellas County Circuit Judges settle traffic fines, domestic disputes, and “if a person is helpless, the judge can declare them worthless and end their life at the time of his choosing?”
Mr. George Greer will kill Terry Schiavo because no one will stop him. Judges built this power since Thomas Jefferson—who wrote the foundation document of the American Nation and understood its principles best—warned, “The opinion which gives the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their sphere, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” So, it came true from the late 1940s until the U.S. Supreme Court rewrote the Constitution, just made it up, to create a culture of death as ''the law of the land'' in Roe v. Wade (1973).
No federal or state legislature, or executive, stood up to the bullying judiciary. The politicians elected by The People didn’t limit the jurisdiction of the courts, abolish the courts and fix them, or impeach them – as the Constitution gives them the right, and duty, to do. The appointed politicians on the bench, and they are political animals, became corrupted by power.
Judges ban the free exercise of Christianity from public places and cleanse the monuments to the Judeo-Christian Ten Commandments with impunity. Judges play God if our rights are what judges say, not God-given. Who is going to stop them? Where are leaders who believe what Thomas Jefferson said, “A free people claim their rights as derived from the laws of nature and not as a gift from their chief magistrate. The God who gave us life gave us liberty at the same time; the hand of force may destroy, but can not disjoin them?”
The People must lead when leaders fail. Especially, if Americans believe as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., “There are two types of laws: just and unjust. One has not only a legal, but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws.” This includes unjust judges.
The test for just and unjust laws isn’t the fact that a priest-king for Human Secular Totalitarianism, called a judge, says so. Dr. King said, “A just law is a man-made law that squares with the moral law or the law of God. An unjust law is code that is out of harmony with the moral law.”
Gov. Bush: Grant clemency. Have state troopers protect Terry Schiavo--endowed by her “Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Florida Legislature: Impeach George Greer.
Florida Citizens: Demand action or lose your liberty to Judicial Tyrants.

the latest? A former medical school professor was accused Thursday of fabricating research data on closely watched topics such as menopause, aging and hormone supplements to win millions of dollars in grant money from the federal government.
Prosecutors said Eric T. Poehlman, 49, a former tenured professor at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, would fabricate his research to make his proposals look more intriguing, in the hope that the government would be more likely to dole out grants to him....diverting millions of dollars from Public Health Service to support his research projects....he actually falsified and fabricated test results...Poehlman lied about the number of subjects he had tested...and changed the data about their physical characteristics and test results to create trends that did not occur in the research...
During the two-year investigation, Poehlman deleted electronic evidence of his falsifications, presented false testimony and documents and influenced other witnesses to provide false documents, the U.S. attorney's office said....Poehlman resigned from the medical school in 2001 and moved to Montreal, Canada to work as a researcher....
The thing that struck me most was that this creep was living high off the hog...falsifying data in order to maintain his lifestyle...and how many people were adversely impacted with his lies?

It’s NOT about free speech, although his abuse of that right is what brought him onto the national stage in the first place…

At the University of Iowa, the faculty senate parried what it fears to be a politically charged challenge to free speech in academia by rattling off a resolution urging the CU regents not to use Churchill's controversial essay to damage his academic career…

Female Al Qaeda Member Arrested
Baghdad: US troops have detained a female Al Qaeda member headed by Iraq’s most wanted man, Abu Musab Al Zarqawi, US military officials said on Friday.
She is “someone who was picked up” within the last 30 days “and is part of the Zarqawi network. She is at Camp Cropper,” Major General William Brandenburg, the head of US military detention operations in Iraq, said, adding that she was one of three females in custody.
She is the only known female arrested who worked for Zarqawi’s Organisation of Al Qaeda of Jihad in the Land of Two Rivers.

Arizona Officials More Interested in Protecting Illegal Aliens
Apparently, during their recent trip to Phoenix, the Mexican senators got assurances from Arizona officials that members of the Minuteman Project who violate the law will be punished, according to Sadot Sánchez Carreño, a senator from the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca, and president of Mexico's Human Rights Commission....
WTF??
"Anyone who violates anyone else's civil rights within the United States will have to face punishment," Sandy Raynor said.
That is rich...what about MY civil rights??...these people are here, taking FULL ADVANTAGE of our education system...our health system...our infrastructure...and THEY DON'T PAY A DAMN DIME FOR ANY OF IT...How DARE our officials...the people that are being paid with OUR TAX DOLLARS...how dare they rush to defend illegals??

The Guide for the Yucatecan Migrant tells migrants how to apply for work visas but also provides detailed safety advice for those illegally crossing the border, including where to find water in the desert and how to avoid the most dangerous areas. It includes a section specifically about Arizona...."The guide for the migrant is not promoting (illegal) migration," said Mexico City Sen. Jesús Galván Muñoz at a news conference at the office of the consul general of Mexico in Phoenix...

There Is a Wildfire Burning And It's Name Is Freedom!
There really is no stopping the momentum that has been gathering and is now rolling forward in the Middle East, and I am predicting that it will soon light up in all countries that are living under oppressive dictators...
Omar, from Iraq the Model writes about the opposition rallies that were calling for liberty to their country and rejecting the Syrian interference which has infiltrated all important life sectors in Lebanon in the last 15 years...
He admits to being biased...which is a feat in and of itself...considering where the people of Iraq were little more than a year ago and their ability to express themselves so openly...
The one common thread, though, is Omar's observance of the media's clearly biased position on all of this...noting the BBC and MSNBC's portrayal of the events that are unfolding in Lebanon...
...Omar correctly notes: While Hizbollah's rallies are allegedly opposing the "western foreign interference" which in fact doesn't exist!Moreover, these rallies are actually encouraging the Syrian interference (that's foreign interference, right?) in the interior affairs of Lebanon and condemning the decision of international community represented by resolution 1559.
I see no patriotism at all in holding pictures of another country's president (err…I mean tyrant) and chanting "Long live Asad…Long live Syria" when that very administration you're cheering and chanting for has been keeping your country a hostage for over a decade....

Teresa Heinz: voting machines could have been "hacked."
NewsMax is reporting that Teresa Heinz(formerly known as Heinz-Kerry), when speaking Saturday at a fundraising lunch, is questioning whether President Bush's re-election victory last November was legitimate, saying that many of the country's voting machines could have been "hacked."
"Two brothers own 80 percent of the machines used in the United States," Heinz told a lunch for Seattle Rep. Adam Smith on Saturday, referring to the brothers as "hard right" Republicans.
She argued that it is "very easy to hack into the mother machines," in quotes picked up by the Seattle Post Intelligencer.
"We in the United States are not a banana republic," added the Mozambican-born billionairess.
Heinz urged Democrats to insist on "accountability and transparency" in how votes are counted, and said the integrity of future elections hangs in the balance.
"I think we should focus on '06: If '06 doesn't work out, '08 will be impossible," she told the Democratic group, adding: "I fear for '06. I don't trust it the way it is right now."

Referendum Justice
Cox&Forkum did their editorial cartoon based on the following from Investor's Business Daily:
Law: This week's egregious Supreme Court ruling on executing minors underlines yet again how important it is that the right people are nominated to the bench.
We're not here to argue the wisdom or folly of the 5-4 decision that now prevents states from imposing the death penalty on murderers who committed their crimes when they were juveniles. What we object to is how the decision was reached.
Beneath the dust kicked up is the ugly fact that the ruling in Roper vs. Simmons wasn't based on the Constitution. Writing for the majority, Justice Anthony Kennedy cited not America's founding document and guiding law, but "national consensus" and "international opinion."
How is it that a majority of our Supreme Court justices, all with presumably first-rate intellects, can have such a fundamental misunderstanding of their duty?
That duty was made clear in Marbury vs. Madison more than 200 years ago, when Chief Justice John Marshall concluded that the court must rule on the constitutionality of legislated law.
In 2005, however, Kennedy, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and John Paul Stevens use "national consensus" and "international opinion" to interpret what the Eighth Amendment means when it says "cruel and unusual punishments" are not to be inflicted.
Two years ago, Kennedy did much the same thing when he wrote the majority opinion in Lawrence vs.Texas. To buttress that ruling, which overturned state anti-sodomy laws, he cited the European Court of Human Rights and other foreign tribunals, an error that both insults and weakens our Constitution.
But this is no surprise. There's a faction in this country that views the Constitution as a "living" document that judges can interpret any way they want based on societal trends.
No wonder Kennedy cited "national consensus" in the decision. He yielded his judicial understanding of the Eighth Amendment to a national referendum. Except there is no national consensus on executing minors — even among states that have the death penalty.
Even if there were a consensus, it would be wrong to base constitutional rulings on it. If five justices detected a consensus that babies with birth defects should be euthanized, would the court OK with that?
Justices must decide what the framers meant by "cruel and unusual." Reading today's mood using the "evolving standards of decency" test cited by the Missouri court that initially ruled against executing juvenile offenders is like putting a finger to the wind. If they and the "living document" faction don't like what they read in the Constitution, they have to change it through the process provided.
(What could be so shocking, anyway, about what the framers believed about punishment? The Jeffersonian ideas that gave birth to the Declaration of Independence were influenced not by Neanderthals, but Enlightenment Age thinkers who also inspired our war for independence.)

Law: This week's egregious Supreme Court ruling on executing minors underlines yet again how important it is that the right people are nominated to the bench.
We're not here to argue the wisdom or folly of the 5-4 decision that now prevents states from imposing the death penalty on murderers who committed their crimes when they were juveniles. What we object to is how the decision was reached.
Beneath the dust kicked up is the ugly fact that the ruling in Roper vs. Simmons wasn't based on the Constitution. Writing for the majority, Justice Anthony Kennedy cited not America's founding document and guiding law, but "national consensus" and "international opinion."
How is it that a majority of our Supreme Court justices, all with presumably first-rate intellects, can have such a fundamental misunderstanding of their duty?
That duty was made clear in Marbury vs. Madison more than 200 years ago, when Chief Justice John Marshall concluded that the court must rule on the constitutionality of legislated law.
In 2005, however, Kennedy, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and John Paul Stevens use "national consensus" and "international opinion" to interpret what the Eighth Amendment means when it says "cruel and unusual punishments" are not to be inflicted.
Two years ago, Kennedy did much the same thing when he wrote the majority opinion in Lawrence vs.Texas. To buttress that ruling, which overturned state anti-sodomy laws, he cited the European Court of Human Rights and other foreign tribunals, an error that both insults and weakens our Constitution.
But this is no surprise. There's a faction in this country that views the Constitution as a "living" document that judges can interpret any way they want based on societal trends.
No wonder Kennedy cited "national consensus" in the decision. He yielded his judicial understanding of the Eighth Amendment to a national referendum. Except there is no national consensus on executing minors — even among states that have the death penalty.
Even if there were a consensus, it would be wrong to base constitutional rulings on it. If five justices detected a consensus that babies with birth defects should be euthanized, would the court OK with that?
Justices must decide what the framers meant by "cruel and unusual." Reading today's mood using the "evolving standards of decency" test cited by the Missouri court that initially ruled against executing juvenile offenders is like putting a finger to the wind. If they and the "living document" faction don't like what they read in the Constitution, they have to change it through the process provided.
(What could be so shocking, anyway, about what the framers believed about punishment? The Jeffersonian ideas that gave birth to the Declaration of Independence were influenced not by Neanderthals, but Enlightenment Age thinkers who also inspired our war for independence.)

A top official at the United Arab Emirates Embassy in Washington fled the United States with his family during the weekend, just days after being arrested in Virginia on charges of soliciting sex from an undercover detective posing as a 13-year-old girl....embassy officials did not show "good faith" in rendering a decision -- and instead turned Salem Al-Mazrooei into "an international fugitive cloaked in diplomatic immunity."

FoxNews is reporting today that billionaire fugitive financer Marc Rich has declared to congressional investigators probing the Oil-for-Food scandal that he had a limited role in the program and knew nothing about Saddam Hussein's bribery schemes.
Rich, who currently lives in Switzerland, recently confirmed what his own company would not admit to FOX News last year — that he was authorized to buy and sell oil as part of the billion-dollar U.N. program.
He personally replied to written questions submitted to him by the House International Relations Committee through the Swiss Embassy earlier this week.
"Mr. Rich's answers were non-responsive, which is no surprise because we believe he knows more than he wishes to acknowledge," said a spokesman for committee chairman Rep. Henry Hyde, R-Ill.
Rich has a long history of oil dealing; he was charged with tax evasion and violating the American ban on selling oil to Iran in the 1980s. He was pardoned by President Clinton in January 2001.

In 1983, Rich was indicted in federal court of evading more than $48 million in taxes. He was also charged with 51 counts of tax fraud and with running illegal oil deals with Iran during the hostage crisis.
Marc Rich's socialite ex-wife has donated an estimated $1 million to Democratic causes, including $70,000 to Hillary Clinton's successful Senate campaign and $450,000 to the Clinton presidential library fund. She also lobbied heavily for Marc's pardon. Investigators want to know if Denise's contributions led to a direct quid pro quo exchange for her ex-husband's pardon. Clinton has denied any connection, saying he relied solely on the information provided by Jack Quinn (former White House counsel and Rich's current lawyer) when he was weighing the pardon request.
President Clinton completely ignored standard procedures in finally pardoning Rich. His action bypassed the Justice Department and blindsided Mary Jo White, the U.S. attorney who serves in the district formerly presided over by Giuliani.
"It was the biggest tax evasion case in United States history,” said New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, who at the time was U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
But tax evasion was just the final piece of the Rich indictment.
Rich was also charged with a complex oil scam that exploited America’s energy crisis in the early ’80s. The 65-count indictment claimed he had secretly bought up millions of barrels of Texas crude oil then under strict price controls and relabeled the oil as decontrolled supplies, ultimately selling it on the open market for huge profits — reportedly $100 million.
And while 52 Americans were held hostage in Iran, Rich’s company allegedly made another fortune by trading with the Ayatollah Khomeini’s regime in violation of a strict American trade embargo.
Rich and his partner were then charged with failing to pay U.S. taxes on the profits.
The formal charges sounded like the case against gangster Al Capone: wire fraud, mail fraud, racketeering, trading with the enemies of the United States, and, of course, tax evasion….
The list of countries that Rich has traded with reads like a compendium of rogue states: Iran during the hostage crisis, apartheid-era South Africa, Slobodan Milosevic's Yugoslavia, North Korea, Moammar Gaddafi's Libya, the Soviet Union under Leonid Brezhnev.

"He expressed an interest in developing a training system in Arizona," Hardy said. "That is, a training system in effect for the mujahideen to visit and train to fight abroad."

Dead Men Don't Talk...
...Ward Churchill knows that very well...in fact, he claimed last night that Thomas Mails had given him permission to copy Mails' work...a fact that cannot be validated...nor disputed...given that Mails is now deceased....
This video captures Churchill attempting to make fun of the situation...but it is very clear from the change in his voice that he is not being truthful...he knows...Mails knows...what really did - or DID NOT - take place...
It is also very interesting to watch Churchill on the video attack the reporter that is asking him questions about the alleged copyright infringement...
Thomas Mails is now dead. But his son, Ryan Mails, said his father fiercely protected his copyrights.
"The only person who could have given such permission was my father," Ryan Mails said. "And that is inconceivable. A statement by Mr. Churchill about a fictional understanding with my father would be, for me, the most intolerable aspect of this whole affair."

The claim of responsibility makes no mention of a medical clinic where the recruits gathered when the suicide car bomber blew himself up.
Meanwhile, thousands of mostly black-clad Iraqis protested Tuesday outside a medical clinic where a suicide car bomber killed 125 people a day earlier, braving the threat of another attack as they waved clenched fists, condemned foreign fighters and chanted “No to terrorism!”

President Bush, much like the little engine that could, keeps right on chugging down the track...regardless of who or what is criticizing him...he knows that people dream of freedom...and it is not ours to deny them of it...
Thomas ends his article thus: As the liberal playwright Lillian Hellman wrote in "Watch on the Rhine" (1941): "For every man who lives without freedom, the rest of us must face the guilt." Isn't President Bush saying the same thing?
