Female Al Qaeda Member Arrested
Baghdad: US troops have detained a female Al Qaeda member headed by Iraq’s most wanted man, Abu Musab Al Zarqawi, US military officials said on Friday.
She is “someone who was picked up” within the last 30 days “and is part of the Zarqawi network. She is at Camp Cropper,” Major General William Brandenburg, the head of US military detention operations in Iraq, said, adding that she was one of three females in custody.
She is the only known female arrested who worked for Zarqawi’s Organisation of Al Qaeda of Jihad in the Land of Two Rivers.

Arizona Officials More Interested in Protecting Illegal Aliens
Apparently, during their recent trip to Phoenix, the Mexican senators got assurances from Arizona officials that members of the Minuteman Project who violate the law will be punished, according to Sadot Sánchez Carreño, a senator from the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca, and president of Mexico's Human Rights Commission....

"Anyone who violates anyone else's civil rights within the United States will have to face punishment," Sandy Raynor said.

Dalhousie began an investigation after professor Fay G. Cohen complained that Churchill used her research and writing in an essay without her permission and without giving her credit. Although the investigation substantiated her allegations, Cohen didn't pursue the matter because she felt threatened by Churchill, Crosby said....Crosby said Cohen told Dalhousie officials in 1997 that Churchill had called her in the middle of the night and said, "I'll get you for this."
In 1991, Churchill edited a book of essays published in Copenhagen, Denmark, which included a piece by Cohen on Indian treaty fishing rights in the Northwest and Wisconsin. When publishers wanted to reprint the essay in the United States, Cohen declined to allow her essay to appear, Crosby said....
So, Churchill penned an essay on the same topic under the name of the Institute for Natural Progress, a research organization he founded with Winona LaDuke. In the contributors section of the book, Churchill said he took the lead role in preparing the essay....
Churchill is no stranger to violence...the threat of it to anyone that DARES cross him...and apparently from following through with that threat...I posted about it last month...and there is plenty of evidence of it on other websites...

So, Churchill penned an essay on the same topic under the name of the Institute for Natural Progress, a research organization he founded with Winona LaDuke. In the contributors section of the book, Churchill said he took the lead role in preparing the essay....

The group of 59 unarmed Iranian pro-monarchist protesters were entering their second day of a sit-in calling for the overthrow of the Iranian government.

There Is a Wildfire Burning And It's Name Is Freedom!
There really is no stopping the momentum that has been gathering and is now rolling forward in the Middle East, and I am predicting that it will soon light up in all countries that are living under oppressive dictators...
Omar, from Iraq the Model writes about the opposition rallies that were calling for liberty to their country and rejecting the Syrian interference which has infiltrated all important life sectors in Lebanon in the last 15 years...
He admits to being biased...which is a feat in and of itself...considering where the people of Iraq were little more than a year ago and their ability to express themselves so openly...
The one common thread, though, is Omar's observance of the media's clearly biased position on all of this...noting the BBC and MSNBC's portrayal of the events that are unfolding in Lebanon...
...Omar correctly notes: While Hizbollah's rallies are allegedly opposing the "western foreign interference" which in fact doesn't exist!Moreover, these rallies are actually encouraging the Syrian interference (that's foreign interference, right?) in the interior affairs of Lebanon and condemning the decision of international community represented by resolution 1559.
I see no patriotism at all in holding pictures of another country's president (err…I mean tyrant) and chanting "Long live Asad…Long live Syria" when that very administration you're cheering and chanting for has been keeping your country a hostage for over a decade....

A communist, America-hating journalist that was captured by Iraqi terrorists and eventually freed after her country pays the million-dollars-ransom...whose car is speeding down a dark, dangerous road (can't blame them for that), but whose driver fails to respond to warnings...numerous warnings...so the journalist is now claiming the U.S. soldiers had her car 'targeted'...
Only problem is...the Italians forgot one minor detail when they didn't notify the forces that be that they were going to be running this bee-otch to the airport...

Teresa Heinz: voting machines could have been "hacked."
NewsMax is reporting that Teresa Heinz(formerly known as Heinz-Kerry), when speaking Saturday at a fundraising lunch, is questioning whether President Bush's re-election victory last November was legitimate, saying that many of the country's voting machines could have been "hacked."
"Two brothers own 80 percent of the machines used in the United States," Heinz told a lunch for Seattle Rep. Adam Smith on Saturday, referring to the brothers as "hard right" Republicans.
She argued that it is "very easy to hack into the mother machines," in quotes picked up by the Seattle Post Intelligencer.
"We in the United States are not a banana republic," added the Mozambican-born billionairess.
Heinz urged Democrats to insist on "accountability and transparency" in how votes are counted, and said the integrity of future elections hangs in the balance.
"I think we should focus on '06: If '06 doesn't work out, '08 will be impossible," she told the Democratic group, adding: "I fear for '06. I don't trust it the way it is right now."

Yep, ole Janet got a "D" for overall fiscal responsibility...hey, you know what? Janet Napolitano is a do-nothing governor...that's right...the only time I see her mug on the telly is if she has a complaint about what the president or our legislature is NOT doing...never anything about what SHE is doing...because she DOES NOTHING!!!

Putting Pelosi, who is SUCH a lightweight, on a Sunday pundit show as the voice of the Democratic party is revealing…you can just imagine the pushing and shoving behind the scenes:
“YOU do it!”
“NO, *YOU* do it!”
Pelosi admitted to Wallace that they have no plan...and they haven't seen President Bush's plan...so, the truth is, they are just reacting to the idea...
Out of the DNC News comes this from Pelosi:
“Democrats are ready to work with Republicans to address the challenges facing Social Security and Medicare. But we will not support any plan that harms the middle class, jeopardizes guaranteed Social Security benefits, or increases the deficit. We will fight to protect and strengthen Social Security and Medicare.”
The notion that 'Democrats are ready to work with Republicans' is long dead...the truth lies in the actions of Democrats...the delay tactics...the obstructionism in anything and everything that was "NOT invented HERE"...
If there is no message...if only scare tactics and are left...it is time for serious, soul-searching rebuilding...
