ARE WE HEADED TOWARDS SOCIALISM...?
Sometimes lately I really wonder - and worry - about the future of this country and the Constitution remaining intact what with the attacks our current president and his cronies have been pummeling us with...
DO we still believe in separation of powers? ARE we willing to fight to keep what our founding fathers put in place in this amazing country? Those are not rhetorical questions...
Who wants to put to words the thought that we are heading towards another civil war? No one that I know of...but if things keep going the way they are, we just might be closer than you think... I listen to our young people proudly stating that they are *for* socialism in this country! Where do they get these ideas? From their very liberal university professors for sure...but do they even know what that means? Have they fully thought out the extreme negative implications that is?
How much they will have to give up...how little they will end up with...and I'm not just talking about material things...socialism/communism...wherever it has been foisted on either cooperating or resistant people always ends up with an EXTREME variation of the 1% vs 99% these protesters are yelling about...and believe me...they won't be anywhere near the 1%...they will end up on the bottom...
What about the impact such a world has on your self-worth...the more powerful those in control grow the weaker the controlled become...we've seen it over and over throughout history...the powerful ones rule with fear...is that something we really want to see happen in this country?
I hear a lot of words these days as ObaMao and his henchmen continue to show, day by day, that they could care less what laws are in place in this country...but who is stepping up to stop them? I mean, really really stop them...step in their way and say "You have broken the law" "No one in this country is above the law"...but I'm not seeing that...don't forget history...the people in Germany were complicit until it was too late...don't let history repeat itself right here on our own soil!
As I said...I worry for the future of this country...the safety of my children and grandchildren...the very fact that - with our complicit democrat-left-media-complex - laws are bold-faced broken while practically giving the finger to the American people...and no one - really - is moving to stop this runaway train...
Words are great...they make you feel warm...make you feel safe...but don't let words fool you...take a good look around you and recognize what is happening in this country...get active in whatever way you can to stop the madman that currently resides at 1400 Pennsylvania Avenue...all of us need to do something before it's too late...your family...your fellow Americans are depending on you..

SEPARTION OF POWERS...FACT OR FICTION?
The United States Constitution is deliberately inefficient.
The Separation of Powers devised by the framers of the Constitution was designed to do one primary thing: to prevent the majority from ruling with an iron fist. Based on their experience, the framers shied away from giving any branch of the new government too much power. The separation of powers provides a system of shared power known as Checks and Balances.
Three branches are created in the Constitution. The Legislative, composed of the House and Senate, is set up in Article 1. The Executive, composed of the President, Vice-President, and the Departments, is set up in Article 2. The Judicial, composed of the federal courts and the Supreme Court, is set up in Article 3.
Each of these branches has certain powers, and each of these powers is limited, or checked, by another branch.
For example, the President appoints judges and departmental secretaries. But these appointments must be approved by the Senate. The Congress can pass a law, but the President can veto it. The Supreme Court can rule a law to be unconstitutional, but the Congress, with the States, can amend the Constitution.
All of these checks and balances, however, are inefficient. But that's by design rather than by accident. By forcing the various branches to be accountable to the others, no one branch can usurp enough power to become dominant.
The following are the powers of the Executive: veto power over all bills; appointment of judges and other officials; makes treaties; ensures all laws are carried out; commander in chief of the military; pardon power. The checks can be found on the Checks and Balances Page.
The following are the powers of the Legislature: Passes all federal laws; establishes all lower federal courts; can override a Presidential veto; can impeach the President. The checks can be found on the Checks and Balances Page.
The following are the powers of the Judiciary: the power to try federal cases and interpret the laws of the nation in those cases; the power to declare any law or executive act unconstitutional. The checks can be found on the Checks and Balances Page.

Salvaging the idea that Congress did have the power to try to expand health care to virtually all Americans, the Supreme Court on Monday upheld the constitutionality of the crucial – and most controversial — feature of the Affordable Care Act. By a vote of 5-4, however, the Court did not sustain it as a command for Americans to buy insurance, but as a tax if they don’t. That is the way Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr., was willing to vote for it, and his view prevailed. The other Justices split 4-4, with four wanting to uphold it as a mandate, and four opposed to it in any form.

People such as Steve Quayle warned people about this taking place, but has been routinely scoffed at on political forums, self-professed Christian sites, so-called “survival websites” and by idiots in general who know nothing, or by hired guns of this current administration. Steve Quayle and others are being vilified to this day by people who don’t have a clue about that which they write on internet forums or their own sites. Someday, when it is too late, they will experience this censorship, but who will hear their objections?
No one will be left.
I find that sad that truth has now become “morally objectionable” to publish. I for one will not be silenced, and truth itself must not be silenced.
