I mean, seriously....
I've blacked out...fallen backwards on to the sidewalk from a standing position...and hit my head on the sidewalk...got a HUGE goose egg...but my head didn't split open...
How hard...or how many times...would someone sitting on top of you have to hit your head on the sidewalk to split it open?...
