The problem in the coming days for Obama will be, as I see it, to try to convince the voting American public that his lies about his past...his covering up of certain facts...his attempt to remake himself into something else will all eventually unravel and he will be left with a lot of 'splaining to do...
Here is one of these 'discrepencies'...I will continue to update this thread with the rest...
Obama claims that he is a Christian...he went so far as to say The only connection I’ve had to Islam is that my grandfather on my father’s side came from that country. But I’ve never practiced Islam."
The only problem with that statement is that there are people that remember Obama as being a "very devout Muslim"...
even though Obama attended a Catholic school, his religion was listed as Muslim...Barack Hussein Obama was registered under the name "Barry Soetoro" serial number 203 and entered the Franciscan Asisi Primary School on 1 January 1968 and sat in class 1B.
"Barry was previously quite religious in Islam. His birth father, Barack Hussein Obama was a Muslim economist from Kenya. Before marrying Ann Dunham, Hussein Obama was married to a woman from Kenya who had seven children. All the relatives of Barry's father were very devout Muslims"
"We previously often asked him to the prayer room close to the house." If he was wearing a sarong he looked funny , said Rony Amir, Barry's classmate when he lived on H Ramli street in Menteng, Jakarta."
The trouble is, why is Obama trying to cover this up? Why is Obama lying to us, stating that he "...has never been a Muslim"?
Obama's having been born and raised a Muslim and having left the faith to become a Christian make him neither more nor less qualified to become president of the United States. But if he was born and raised a Muslim and is now hiding that fact, this points to a major deceit, a fundamental misrepresentation about himself that has profound implications about his character and his suitability as president.
