Ward Churchill: It's Not a Matter of Free Speech - It Is About Fleecing the Public...

Speak the name Ward Churchill and a lot of descriptors come to mind:

bamboozler, circumventer, con man, deceiver, defrauder, flimflam man, overreacher, swindler, trickster…

It’s NOT about free speech, although his abuse of that right is what brought him onto the national stage in the first place…

What it IS about is what is underneath his phony portrayal of himself, his false claims that he is a Native American, his plagiarism of a fellow professor’s work, his outright theft of a now deceased artist’s piece…

Ward Churchill got tenure at the University of Colorado under false pretenses…THAT is the issue…and THAT is the only thing that the powers that be at CU should be considering when contemplating his dismissal…

The Dever Post today tries to paint this – as others have – as a violation of Churchill’s First Amendment right, and some in academia are right behind them chiming in…

At the University of Iowa, the faculty senate parried what it fears to be a politically charged challenge to free speech in academia by rattling off a resolution urging the CU regents not to use Churchill's controversial essay to damage his academic career…

Talk about a misleading statement! This type of baloney is only meant to fire up the public, those that haven't been paying close attention to what has been happening here...

Don’t let scenes like these fool you…that is the furthest thing from the truth…

Ward Churchill is a con artist…has been for a very long time…and the truth is…his sins have caught up with him…plain and simple…

Churchill talks about “blowback”…guess his has just hit him square in the face…
